Seeing people diving head first into a dance studio, not knowing or understanding the movements that can risk injury, have highlighted this concern. Quro’s philosophy is to enjoy the dance, with the ability to sustain the movements as long as possible. In doing so, members can improve weight loss and body toning, thereby creating the look and feel that so many strive for! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!
