Mind Flexibility
Mental Health must have a lot to do with flexibility. Being flexible can help and can be applied to our everyday lives. It can help you have a thought on how you see the world and how you see yourself in it.
How to develop mind flexibility?
It is by Apprenticing which flexibility of the mind can be obtained and developed. Working and having an expert and experienced teacher is the most direct way to transmit an art and its lineage.
Breathe in life, Breathe out stress. Breath is important. We live by breaths not by years. Yoga is a breathing practice. Breathing is in aiding the flexibility. We need to focus on breathing to bypass all those negative thoughts and in that way the mind can have calm awareness. Those negative thoughts and stress are removed.
Lungs – A valuable organ. From the Yogic Perspective, the main organ in the body is the two lungs. These are the reasons why and when you think about it:
- Breathing is the most important function.
- We are living through breathing. The Lungs is as important as the heart.
- The working of the heart is quite in our control but the working of the lungs is in the realm of our control and through the way in which we breathe
All Day, All Night Practice
You don’t choose yoga. Yoga chooses you. The moment you delete all those negative thoughts and some people who caused you much stress and stop having neither hatred nor judgment. You are already practicing Yoga.
Being Kind
If there is a measurement in which you could see a person is doing yoga that would be Kindness.
The Body
You should stop those bad stuffs in the body, mind, and heart. Our body then begins to inform us to have less of those things like junk foods, bad news, etc. so you can be more light and supple and start to eat nutritious foods and do healthy activities. In short, get rid of those bad stuffs.
The New You
Yoga will change you in a positive and gradual way. If you do yoga, your body, mind, emotions, and presence changes. And everybody will notice your shine.
Inversions
Comparing yourself from your past photos? Then notice some changes? If there are changes on the outside, there is a change on the inside. When done well, Inversions or Yoga poses with relaxing breathe help all internal organs return to its original place.
Enlightenment Position
The lotus pose gives the best balancing foundation for meditation.
