For the last 20 years I have worked in the legal profession. Lawyers are notoriously sedentary and stressed. We think about minutiae, worry about missing deadlines, forget to eat regularly and feel bad if we are caught going out for a bit of fresh air and exercise at lunchtime.
When I emigrated to Australia 11 years ago, I was unfit and overweight with terrible eating habits, sporadic exercise habits and an anger management problem.
