Looking at a brief history within the fitness industry, in the 60™s people got involved in sports clubs, 70™s it was marathons and long distances running, in the 80™s you might remember the Jane Fonda aerobic style work out. Then the last 20 years through the 90™s into the 00™s people started going to gyms which later became supersized and were largely over populated.

Because of this there is now a movement away from gyms. People are starting to question if they really want to be involved in a gym membership. What we believe now is the focus and desire in people™s hearts is to have a more mind, body and soul approach to their health and wellbeing. This is why health and fitness modalities such as Pilates and yoga have come from an alternative to a more popular and desirable approach.

Quro has spent over 6 years developing wellbeing modalities, such as pilates, yoga and dance with rehabilitation also a key ingredient to meeting people™s needs on a holistic level.

From our endeavors Quro has become a qualified educator in these fields by understanding the value of traditional practice combined with the latest in research and sports science. As a result Quro is a leader in its field on health and wellbeing and with the continuing research and development is determined to maintain its leadership in the industry. Our Story

Quro’s track record is found in the quality and the results of our product. Often we have had people come from other Pilates and Yoga studios amazed at the results we have achieved in their bodies. It has not only been the result but the speed with which we have achieved these results, which has helped them to see Quro creates a far more rewarding and pleasing outcome than their previous experiences. This is due to the ongoing development of the Quro discipline led by Quro Education. In short, we have taken what we believe to be the best Pilates and Yoga disciplines, removing unnecessary traditional traits and adding science to our modifications backed by specialised medical practitioners, such as Physiotherapists and Osteopaths, creating what we believe to be a premier product in the Australian market. This also includes research in kinesthetic, audio visual and schema therapy to further the Quro experience.

In addition to the Quro experience, we have focused on systems and processes to stream-line productivity within the Quro business model.
With more than 6 years’ fine tuning our business model through the expertise within information technology, sales, marketing and business development managers, Quro has created a very dynamic and flexible business opportunity.
